My Coaching Services.
1:1 Coaching
I will utilize my clinical expertise, biblical knowledge and wisdom to support you on your journey. During our 1:1 I have a carefully customized a personlized plan designed to help you enter into your season of rest. This process is designed restore wholeness to you mind, body and spirit. You were called to rest, and I am here to help you answer that call.
90 minute sessions starting @ $297 per session.
My Year of Rest Customized Coaching Plan
This is a 3 month individual coaching program. You will go through the Rested Coaching Program and receive individualized coaching twice a month coaching, homework, and course work. Final course work will be creating a customized My Year of Rest Plan. You will end our program with your own personal plan to enter into sabbatical.
Total program cost starting @ $2,000. Deposit of $800 due to start sessions.
